We developed a multi-channel promotional strategy to drive webinar attendance. We leveraged our email list, social media platforms, and industry partnerships to create buzz around our webinar. We also collaborated with influencers and thought leaders to expand our reach and attract a wider audience. Also as an added bonus - An incentive!
We simplified our webinar registration process to make it quick and user-friendly. We also implemented automated email reminders to registered attendees to ensure they didn't miss the webinar. After the webinar, we sent follow-up emails with webinar highlights, created an e-book, and a call-to-action to further engage and convert leads.
Our efforts at ChannelAssist paid off, resulting in a significant turnaround in our webinar attendance and lead generation:
